CLASSICAL COMMITTEE

The Committee invites parents and teachers to join. Ms. RhodesBrown (a parent) and Ms. McSpadden (a teacher) are the committee co-chairs. Ms. Clasen, (a teacher) is the secretary. The Committee meets monthly for no more than an hour, on the Tuesday before the monthly LSC meeting. The meeting time alternates between 3:30 and 5:30 pm.

Meeting Agenda:
Suggestions for agenda items should be emailed to the committee chairpersons at merbholland@aol.com two weeks before the next meeting. The Classical Committee addresses general issues that apply to the entire school. Specific issues that relate to an individual child and his/her teacher will not be addressed in this forum. Those issues are more appropriately addressed directly with the teacher and then elevated to the school administrators if necessary. If an issues is not resolved in that manner, the Area Instructional Officer should be contacted. She is Ms. Marietta Beverly and she can be contacted at (773) 534-0709.
